Who We Serve
REAL Community Housing provides structured sober living for adults rebuilding their lives after incarceration, treatment, or homelessness. We serve adults ages 18 and older who are committed to sobriety and structured community living. We are committed to fair housing practices and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

Why We Exist
Stable housing is a critical foundation for long-term success. Many individuals in recovery or transition struggle not because of a lack of effort, but because of a lack of structure, accountability, and safe housing.
REAL Community Housing was created to bridge that gap by providing housing that promotes responsibility, stability, and independence — without creating dependency.

Our Approach
-
REAL Community Housing operates as a structured sober living environment, not a licensed treatment facility. We do not provide clinical services, counseling, or medical care on-site.
Instead, residents are responsible for engaging in outside treatment, employment, education, or recovery services while maintaining sobriety and meeting expectations within the home.
Our approach emphasizes:
-
Clear and consistent expectations
-
Personal accountability
-
Community responsibility
-
Preparation for independent living
-
